When is the next sale?

Sales are determined by a variety of factors, and I cannot confidently determine exactly when each sale will be. Everything will be posted to my Instagram first, including major sales and random small story sales. Follow me @stars.with.pants.pottery for updates and announcements!

Do you do commissions?

Sometimes! It depends on my schedule and time available to spend at the studio. I will have a commission form linked in my Instagram bio when they are open. Commissions come with a 6 week minimum processing period due to the nature of pottery production.

Where do you ship to?

Currently due to time constraints and limited knowledge i only ship within the U.S.

Is your work dishwasher safe?

All of my dinnerware is top-rack dishwasher safe! Although I recommend hand-washing, the dishwasher will not have any adverse effects on the clay body or glaze.

Is your work microwave safe?

Yes! My work is microwave safe. Nuke it to your heart’s content!

Is your work oven safe?

I probably wouldn’t and certainly do not recommend. But let me know if you try!

What happens if my piece chips or is damaged in shipping?

Contact me at starswpants@gmail.com and I will issue a full refund. Pieces typically are not usable after they have been damaged.

Is your work lead-free?

Yes! All of my work is completely lead-free.

I chose “local pickup” instead of shipping. Now what?

Contact me via email at starswpants@gmail.com and I will hand-deliver your piece(s) to you in person! This option is only available for anyone located in the Orlando, FL area. If you meant to have your piece(s) shipped, send me an email and shipping will be calculated to your address and added to your order.

Do you respond to DMs?

For business purposes, no. Please contact me via email (starswpants@gmail.com) for any inquiries regarding orders, specific pieces, commission info, etc. I am more than happy to respond to friendly chats when I have the time.
